The in-person PREP classes are on Wednesdays from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm beginning on September 18, 2024.

Students entering grades 2 or 3 in September 2024 will prepare to receive the sacraments of First Penance and First Holy Communion in 2025. Older students who have not received these sacraments will also prepare to receive them.

Students entering grades 4 and 5 in September who would like to continue their religious education should call the rectory at 215-465-4050.

Students entering grades 6 and above in September will prepare to received the Sacrament of Confirmation. Students in grade 7 and above who have completed a minimum of two years of PREP instruction for the Sacrament of Confirmation will receive the sacrament in 2025. This is required by the Archdiocese.

All students, including those who are returning, must register by filling out a 2024-2025 registration form. The registration fee is $100.00 per student. In addition, new students must attach a Baptismal Certificate and if preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation, a certificate for First Holy Communion if they did not receive the sacrament at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. The registration form will not be accepted without payment of the registration fee and for new students, a Baptismal Certificate and a First Holy Communion certificate, if requured.

Registrations will be accepted at the rectory on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays thorugh October 1 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please call the rectory at 215-465-4050 to make an appointment to register on another date or time, if the registration dates in not convenient for you.
